Maria and Tomasz live in a 2-room apartment in Krakow, where they found a collection of furniture in the mid-century style. With two young children, they found a way to use space very efficiently without compromising.
Their apartment is a combination of subdued and sophisticated taste of Tomek, who is a lawyer and a joyful and sentimental personality of Marysia. They are both art and design enthusiasts, thanks to which the apartment resembles a small art gallery with a painting by Edward Dwurnik or a Roman Modzelewski armchair RM58. All this together with the furniture designed by Maria’s father – an architect, creates a stylish and cosy place at the same time.
Kid’s room is the kingdom of Julia and Adam. It is a combination of natural materials and pastel colors. All furniture and most toys are wooden. The window sill is full of plants in colorful ceramic pots. Marysia has decorated the room so that it suits both boy and girl of different ages.
