What are the delivery times and costs?

Courier DPD/TNT: from 8€ (usually 4-5 working days)
Free shipping to EU from 125 €. 

Custom made orders and sets are shipped upon individual appointments.    

What are the payment methods? 

It is possible to pay with your credit card or via PayPal account. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. All prices are stated in Euro and includes 23% VAT.

Can I track and trace my order?

Yes. Each order is shipped with DPD or TNT couriers and we provide you with a tracking number. 

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that you need to cover the costs of shipping the products back to us.

When returning an item, please enclose 'Return of items' form, which is available in 'Terms' section. You will be refunded within 7 working days after we receive the goods.

Can I return discounted items?

We don’t accept returns of discounted items.
