About Gradient Collection
The collection was designed and hand made by Katarzyna and Michał from Mleko Living, in their workshop. It is made out of high-fired stoneware material, which is very durable, dishwasher and microwave safe. Due to the characteristics of the glazing technique each piece is unique.
What are the payment methods?
It is possible to pay with your credit card or via PayPal account. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. To pay with credit card please use BraintTree. All prices are stated in Euro and include 23% VAT.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs are automatically calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the parcel. The exact shipping costs will be visible in the checkout section of the shopping cart once you submit your delivery address.
The average delivery cost to Europe is 9 EUR.
What are the delivery times?
We do our best to dispatch your order within 3 working days after receipt of payment, but hence our products are made in small batches please excuse us if it occasionally takes more time to dispatch. Each order is shipped with DPD or TNT couriers and should reach its destination within 3-7 working days in EU.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Can I track and trace my order?
Yes. Each order is shipped with DPD or TNT couriers and we provide you with a tracking number.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that you need to cover the costs of shipping the products back to us.
