Every piece is made by hand on a pottery wheel therefore unique: they might slightly differ in size and/or finish.
Handling and care
Our ceramics is safe in use in microwave and in dishwasher (low temperatures only). However, hand washing will extend their lifespan.
What are the delivery times and costs?
We ship the orders on every Tuesday.
Courier DPD/TNT: from 8€ (usually 4-5 working days)
Free shipping to EU from 125 €.
Custom made orders and sets are shipped upon individual appointments.
What are the payment methods?
It is possible to pay with your credit card or via PayPal account. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. All prices are stated in Euro and includes 23% VAT.
Can I track and trace my order?
Yes. Each order is shipped with DPD or TNT couriers and we provide you with a tracking number.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that you need to cover the costs of shipping the products back to us.
